January 31, 2007 (updated February 17, 2007) It's official! "Dirty Country" will have its world premiere on March 14th at 9:45 pm at the South By Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas. The venue will be the world famous Alamo Drafthouse in downtown Austin, deemed "Best Theatre In America" by Entertainment Weekly (and home of the "Bucket Of Schlitz" beer special). We're also planning a big premiere party featuring Larry Pierce and -itis performing live! More details will follow in the coming weeks, but for now, mark your calendars for March 14th and tell your friends. The second screening will be on Saturday, March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) at 6:45 pm, also at the Alamo Drafthouse Downtown.
